Are there limits to the free shipping?

Free shipping is limited to full cartons shipped within the continental USA.

Are your candles ever on sale?

All of our candles have a great low price everyday. In addition to that, each month we offer a 'special' for even more savings.

How are the candles shipped?

To afford you the best possible price, our packing and shipping process is streamlined by using a flat rate Priority shipping box
from the USPS.

When can we expect shipment of our order?

Frequently orders received before 1pm est will ship the same day, provided all scents selected are in stock. We make every
effort to always have all of our scents ready for shipping. We only ship 2-3 day priority mail through the USPS.

What about damages and lost packages?

We pack all boxes very carefully to assure the safe arrival of your candles. However, damage can happen from time to time.
Please do not accept a damaged package or please return a damaged package to your local post office. Also, please notify
us if your package does not arrive so that we may have it traced or resent.

Returns?

Please choose carefully. All sales are final. We are not responsible for candle scents you decide you do not like. If we have
made a mistake and sent an incorrect order, we will gladly pay for return shipping and send out the correct order.

Do you ship COD or accept personal checks?

All shipments must be paid for at time of purchase. This precludes the use of COD and we no longer accept personal checks.

Do you accept Pay-Pal?

Not at this time.

Do you charge sales tax?

If you live in NJ and you do not have a vendor's license, you will be charged sales tax. Provide us with your vendor's license
number and you will not be responsible for paying sales tax. Out of state internet orders do not pay sales tax.

Do you have a catalog?

This web site is our catalog. Please check it often as our scent line up changes with the seasons .

Do you offer wholesale candle sales?

Wholesale log-ins are available for qualified resellers. Please send your wholesale log-in request and company information
to the email address listed on our contact page.
